R. Parrish
George
R. Parrish is a lifelong resident of Richmond and a graduate of
St. Christopher’s School. He received his undergraduate
degree in 1979 from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University
of Virginia and his Juris Doctor Degree in 1982 from the T.C.
Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is admitted
to practice in all of the State Courts of Virginia, as well as
the Federal District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia
and the Bankruptcy Courts of both the Eastern and Western Districts
of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and of its
Bankruptcy and Real Property Sections. He is also a member and
on the board of the Virginia Creditors’ Bar Association
and currently serves as its Treasurer.

Robert
N. Lebar
Robert N. Lebar is a 1982 graduate of the T.C.
Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond and has practiced
law in the metropolitan Richmond area since that time. He is a
founding member of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association and
has twice been elected as its President. Mr. Lebar was also a
founding a member of the National Association of Retail Collection
Attorneys, a national organization overseeing attorney collections
practices. He actively lobbies in the Virginia General Assembly
on behalf of creditors rights issues and is frequently called
upon by the judiciary for input and information in that area.
Mr. Lebar has authored numerous articles on collections and creditors
rights law and speaks to numerous groups on the subject.
